Cookies.

• One flag, for one visit. When the opening animation has played we note it in your browser’s session storage so it does not play again while you are here. It disappears when you close the tab, it tells us nothing about you, and it never leaves your device.
• A sign-in cookie, if you sign in. Only staff accounts can, and it exists purely to keep that session open. Customers never receive it.

• No analytics. We do not measure your visit, and we do not know which pages you read.
• No advertising or retargeting pixels. Nothing here follows you to another website.
• No third-party fonts, maps or embeds loading from someone else's server. The typefaces are served from this domain.
• No cross-site tracking of any kind.

The law requires your consent before a website stores anything on your device that is not strictly necessary for the service you asked for. There is nothing of that kind here, so a banner would be asking permission for nothing. If that ever changes — if we add analytics, for instance — we will ask properly, and this page will say so first.

Messaging us on WhatsApp, or following us to TikTok, Instagram or YouTube, takes you onto services run by other companies with their own cookies and their own policies. We have no control over those, and they apply from the moment you arrive there.
